Hey!

So... you want to know little bit about me?

Well, I’m a Colorado born and raised mountain child with a passion for exploration and learning. I love going new places and learning new things. I will always feel more at peace and at home when I’m near mountains. I do admit a particularly partiality to the Rocky Mountains, but I’m open to mountains of all kinds. 

I believe in the psychological, spiritual, and emotional benefits of a delicious meal and good long nap. Seriously, you should try it and see how you feel afterwards. It’s like a little bit of magic. 

My spirit animal is the honey badger. I can be cute and fuzzy, but also fierce and super, super sassy. I suffer from a chronic condition of RBF. But I think my friends would say that once you got past my facial expression, I can be quite a pleasant person to be around. 

I’m a nerd, but I would never admit it if you asked me about it. My heroes are people who have loved and lived their lives in a fierce and world defying manner. At the top of that list is my mother, who is a complete inspiration.

My nickname of "Sista Christa" was bestowed upon me by my freshman hall in college, and it's stuck ever since (shout out to Hall Uganda). You can find me outside taking walks and enjoying neature, making curry for dinner, or listening to poetry, stories, and music.
